• If your piece includes gemstones, freshwater pearls, or natural materials, please expect subtle and minor variations from the photos. These differences add uniqueness and character.

What is your returns policy?

• If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your jewellery within 14 days of receipt in its original condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Please notify us by email or phone before returning an item.
• Return shipping is covered if the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt; banks may take 7–10 business days to reflect the credit.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Do you offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit?

• Yes — refunds, exchanges, or store credit are available within 21 days of receiving your item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

• Ireland: Free standard shipping on orders over €110; €7.50 under €55 and €5.50 under €110 (3–5 working days)
• European Union: Free standard shipping on orders over €110; €9 under €110 (4–6 working days)
• United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on orders over £180; £15 under £180 (5–10 working days)
• USA & Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over $180; $15.50 under $180 (10–20 working days). Free UPS shipping on orders over $600 (5–9 working days)
• Rest of World: Free standard shipping on orders over €600; €25 under €600 (10–20 working days)
• Express (UPS/FedEx Worldwide): Free on orders over €600; €55 otherwise (5–9 working days)

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

• Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or courier administration fees.
• These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in your order total.
• Croí Kinsale Jewellery is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

Do you offer local pickup?

Is your jewellery made from real silver?

• Yes — all pieces are crafted from solid .925 or .950 sterling silver unless otherwise stated.
• We also offer jewellery made from 9K and 14K solid gold.

Do French wire earrings include stoppers?

• Yes — all French wire earrings are supplied with transparent rubber stoppers.
