2. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Products All jewellery is handmade in small batches by Croí Kinsale Jewellery or skilled artisans. Natural materials such as gemstones and freshwater pearls may show minor variations from product images — this is a characteristic of handcrafted goods, not a defect. All pieces are crafted from solid .925 or .950 sterling silver, or 9K/14K solid gold, unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Pricing Prices are displayed in the applicable currency for your region. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud). You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

6. Shipping & Delivery Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates and not guaranteed. For orders outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply — these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@croikinsale.com before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Statutory Guarantees As an EU consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory guarantee on all goods. If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@croikinsale.com and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Croí Kinsale Jewellery Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

10. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and designs — is the property of Croí Kinsale Jewellery Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution We aim to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under applicable local law.
